Paola Corte (Studio Legale Corte) will be speaking at the next EFLA Workshop in Brussels, on April 11th, 2018.
The European Food Law Association (EFLA) is an international non-profit making organisation that has as its essential goal to study and to promote Food Law, as well as to contribute to its development and to its international harmonisation under conditions taking into account at the same time its specificity, its interdisciplinary nature and its special function, the protection of the consumers.
National sanctions for infringements of the Food Information to Consumers Regulation 1169/2011 will be the topic of the next workshop.
The objective of this workshop is to provide participants with an overview of the various sanctions in different EU Member State national legislations.
Speakers will make short presentations from their respective countries and will provide insights into the application of the national sanctions based on practical experience to date.
Confirmed speakers include Andreas Meisterernst (Germany), Paola Corte (Italy) and Andreas Natterer (Austria) and Vicente Rodriguez Fuentes (Spain).
