Avv. Marco Dallavalle

Marco Dallavalle was born in Piacenza on December 30, 1964.  He graduated in Law at the University of Parma in 1988 and in the same year began working as a trainee at Studio Legale Corte. He is a member of the Milan Bar association. From the outset, therefore, he has been engaged in the field of food law at the Studio Legale Corte

Marco Dallavalle provides judicial assistance to food business operators.  He provides legal advice on food and environmental law. He deals with issues related to occupational safety (D.Lvo 81/08), the implementation of the rules on regulatory liability of companies (DLvo 231/01) and the study and predisposition of proxies for delegations of powers within company structures. 


He is the author of the introduction to "Foods" of "The Code of the Environment" by Stefano Maglia and Maurizio Santoloci - Editor La Tribuna - Piacenza and is coauthor, together with the above mentioned authors, of the editions 1998 and 2003 "Code of Foods and Beverages" Editorial La Tribuna - Piacenza.


As a lecturer he has held courses of food law directed at food business operators at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Milan (2005-2008) and has attended numerous food law conventions.
